The 2026 WTCA Member Forum was held virtually on 27–28 October under the theme “Connecting Ideas. Shaping What’s Next.” The two-day programme brought the global WTCA network together for knowledge sharing, networking and exchange of best practices. 

Key discussions covered WTCA’s future direction, the Business Club Playbook, technology and AI, future-ready WTC businesses, events and collaboration, evolving global trade, professional development and social media advocacy. The programme also highlighted new WTCA members, regional conferences, accredited members and the upcoming 2027 WTCA Global Business Forum in Vietnam. 

WTC Bengaluru participated in two important conversations: the Business Club Playbook unveiling session, sharing perspectives on the Bengaluru Business Club model and “Technology in Action,” focusing on the emerging role of technology and AI in WTC businesses. Mr.Vivek George, Asst.General Manager and Chair of Business Club Member Advisory Council of WTCA spoke at these two sessions. 

Overall, the Forum provided useful perspectives on how WTCs can strengthen member engagement, international collaboration, technology adoption and business services as the network prepares for the future.
